With a decade of hands-on experience in the CPG and retail space, I bring a 360-degree view of what it takes for emerging brands to not just survive—but thrive. I'm Rachel Krupa, the Founder of The Goods Mart, a socially conscious, better-for-you convenience store that’s been spotlighting next-gen snack and wellness brands since 2018. As a small business operator, I’ve lived the grind—balancing innovation with scrappiness, and turning shelves into powerful storytelling tools.

As a professional Snack Curator, I know what makes a brand pop—from packaging and pricing to purpose and positioning. My passion lies in helping early-stage food and wellness brands break through the noise and become household names, with a strong focus on elevating female and diverse founders.

I also lead Krupa Consulting, a boutique PR and brand strategy agency that’s helped launch and scale some of the most influential names in the industry—including Our Place, Thrive Market, Cumulus, Goop’s wellness vertical, Tastemade, Brownie Brittle, Barnana, WTHN, and Clean Market. I’ve also played an integral role in the growth of cult-loved brands like Milk Bar, MatchaBar, La Colombe, and The Class by Taryn Toomey.

Currently, I serve as an advisor for Food Tank, Naturally New York, Wellfare, and New American Kitchen—where I continue to guide the future of food, wellness, and conscious retail.
